What is meal preparation?
Our meal preparation concept helps to save precious time with recipe planning, shopping, preparing, and clean up! We do it all for you. Saving you approximately 20 hours in a two-week time frame. More time for yourself!

How does it work?
Review our menu choices, decide if you want to prepare 6 or 12 entrées, choose your menu, and select a session time that best suits your needs. Then, place your order online, by fax, or by phone. We will call you to confirm your order and session time. Arrive at the store and in two short hours you will have assembled your selection. Our friendly staff will be on hand through the whole process to assist you in any way we can.

How much does it cost?
Smart Made Meals is an exceptional value. Each entrée serves between 4-6 persons for $3.05 per serving. That is less than a meal at a fast food restaurant. Add in the time saved from menu planning, shopping, chopping, and clean up and the value is tremendous! Just ask yourself, how valuable is YOUR time?

Our 3-entrée sampler for first-time customers is $55.00 + tax, our 6-entrée selection is $110.00 + tax and our 12-entrée selection is $210.00 + tax. Most of our entrées can be split.

Can I split an entrée?
We know that not every family has 4-6 family members. By splitting our entrées, you get more “bang for your buck!”. A 6-entrée selection will then become 12 entrées for 2-4 people and a 12 entrée selection will make 24 entrées! So, whether you are a small family, single, newlywed, or senior stretching your dollar is easy at Smart Made Meals!

What is your “Chef’s Service”?
Still pressed for time in your busy schedule? We can assemble your menu selection and have it ready for you to pick up. Just add our nominal fee of either $25.00 for a 6-entrée selection or $35.00 for a 12-entrée selection. We request a 72-hour notice for Chef’s Service.

How do I take my food home?
We ask that you bring a cooler to the store with you. Our friendly staff will assist you with packing your items and helping you to your vehicle, if necessary. We request that you take your items directly home and place them immediately into your freezer. This will insure that the quality and freshness of your entrées remain maintained.

What are your store hours?
We are open Monday through Friday 10am – 7pm and Saturday 10am – 5pm. Our session times are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 11am and 6pm and Saturdays at 11am and 3pm. Call for availability.

What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or cash at your time of checkout. We hope to update our system soon so we can offer payment online with your online order.

Can I order multiple quantities of the same item?
If you would like to order more than one quantity of one entrée, simply place “2” in your quantity box on your order form. We generally limit two orders of the same entrée. Occasionally we must limit one order of one entrée due to availability and demand.

How do I cancel/re-schedule a session?
If you notify us 72-hours before your scheduled session, we will help you to re-schedule. If you cancel less than 72-hours before your session, we will assemble your meals for you and you can then schedule a time to pick it up. The Chef’s Service fee will be added. A cancellation fee of $35.00 applies if the session is not re-scheduled within 72 hours or the Chef’s Service is not utilized. Cancellation must be given 72 hours prior to session.

Do you do private parties?
Yes! This is a great way to schedule a little time with your friends while making nutritional family meals for your family. If you register 8 to 12 of your friends we can hold a private party for you! Call the store for availability and more information. There is a great discount for the host/hostess (for each friend you bring, you receive a FREE entrée…that could be up to 12 FREE entrées!)

Can I return an item?
Due to Health Department regulations, we are unable to accept any food returns once the item has left the store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our entrées we will gladly offer a replacement entrée.

Do you offer military discounts?
We proudly support our military community, therefore we offer a military discount. Select a 12-entrée order and we will give you an additional entrée for FREE. Please let us know with your order that you are either active-duty or a military dependant. We will need to see your military ID at the time of checkout.
